I am trying to set up a form to update information for a user. There are a lot of different inputs and I have a few that I want drop downs. I am not sure how to do that. I can make a typical drop down that pulls the variable but I need to combine them (at least I think I do)

 

here's my code that is working --

I have a form that updates my database. I want to be able to pull some information from a table and have it as a drop-down. I currently have it working where you can type the information in but I need to change it. I was able to create a form that pulls the info I need from a table and it now offers a selection. However I can not get that info to update. I know that I have done it wrong and need help going to the next step.
