jeremy99 Posted January 12, 2009 Share Posted January 12, 2009 hey everybody, i'm trying to set up a webpage that posts to mysql but it isn't working. It won't post at all. I've set up a simple webpage to test it. here it is: <html> <body> <h1>Hello</h1> <form action="foo.php" method="POST"> <p>Name: <input type="text" name="username" /></p><br /> <p>Email: <input type="text" name="email" /></p><br /> <input type="submit" name="save" value="Submit me!" /> </form> </body> </html> and foo.php: <html> <body> <p> <?php echo $_POST['username']; ?> </p> </body> </html> i heard about the suhosin patch causing problems on a couple of sites but no way to remove it. also should I have session_start or something like that? any help would be greatly appreciated Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
