Maybe develop a home page with a brief intro. Right now the home page is the About Us page and the links at the bottom seem redundant. Three of the image links on the right of the about us page are redundant and are found in the tab portion at the top or the navigation on the left.

I'm not too keen on your use of the navigation section on the left as they change from page to page or are non existent on some. The navigation needs some consistency. By the way, it's spelled puzzle and not puzzel.

IMO, I think it is a nice site that works out well. I think the about us acts as a perfect 'brief intro', as it explains who they are, where they are and what they do. Well written, concise and to the point.

As for the redundancies in the navigation, it's no big deal I don't think. In one webdev book (I think it is the one called 'Submit' [or something along that line], encourages sites to offer some redundancies, especially in areas that are of more importance. In this case, given the navigation and layout, those images (while redundant) offer the users a greater chance to take notice to what the site wants at the forefront. A little redundancy is not a bad thing (depending on how it is done, and in this case, seems fine IMO).

Do take care of site validations however, as this site fails on both xhtml validaton as well as in CSS.

Also, since there is no tabular data, there should be no table code in use for layout purposes.

Overall, I like it.

Its not bad, but I'm not a fan of the background scanlines.  That looks just doesn't work very well anymore. I'm a big fan of blue, but the shade of blue just doesn't look right to me.  Maybe some rollovers for the main menu would be nice to spice it up a little.  The tab graphics look a little blurry.
