[SOLVED] Getting <a> Tag Using DOM

I am making a php spider and need to get the link from an <a> tag. I was going to use preg_match_all to get the content from the tag, but someone suggested using DOM to do that. Does anyone know how this is done? Any help is greatly appreciated.

php has xml functions, you could possibly read the content of the document into xml and then read the src of the links as attributes

thanks, i guess ill just use regex.
