noober
Set your height for the below css to 35px and you should be ok. . . Though I'm not sure I'm seeing a problem with the main contents, exactly what or where you mean by footer. #frontbox {css.css (line 394) background:#CCCCCC none repeat scroll 0 0; color:#000033; font-size:12px; height:auto; padding:4px; width:auto; }

noober
Well, I'm not seeing any overlapping, just different positioning. It's just not centered in IE...and is a few pixels higher than the other browsers. I'd try setting your position to relative for the "updateleft" and "update" right divs...or maybe since you have it absolute, try setting a "left" and "top" position for those divs.
