malalation Posted January 31, 2009 Share Posted January 31, 2009 Hello there guys, I'm VERY new to both PHP and MySQL. I installed both EasyWAMP server software and mySQL successfully but when I run the MySQL instance configuration wizard I got an "Access Denied" error, so I tried PHPMyAdmin which comes with the EasyWAMP server, the program asked me to enter a username and a password, so I tried "root" as the username, but I don't remember that I've been asked to create a password at any stage of the installation, so what is the solution?
