When i add someone with MySQL Administrator, and try to log in with Query Browser. It says: How do i properly add one? ngreenwood6 Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 When you set up the user you should have to set up their permissions. I do not have it installed so I cannot tell you exactly. If you are trying to set up local php server I would suggest starting with wampserver http://www.wampserver.com/en. Once you get the basics of that you can move on to setting up your own if you would like. That has a great utility called phpmyadmin for managing mysql.
