mj9999
I'm using a PHP RSS reader script that has been easy up until now. It uses this code to get all the item information. $content=file_get_contents($configs[feed]); $items=explode("<item $items=explode("
",$content); array_shift($items); //strip the general feed description That works great with
bla bla bla
. But now I am trying to use with craigslist rss, with is like this.
bla bla bla
Each item marker contains item rdf:about="http://the link.html I guess it will take some regex to get it done but I just can't seem to figure it out. I hope one of you regex experts can. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/145147-regex-for-php-rss-reader/ Share on other sites
Daniel0
It would be better to use an XML parser such as SimpleXML to do this. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/145147-regex-for-php-rss-reader/#findComment-761991 Share on other sites
