jeff00seattle
Hi I am currently using Apache login through files httpd.conf and .htaccess, and setting users and password through command htpasswd. I am not sure how to go about it, but I want: [*]Flush the current user logged in (i.e., logout) [*]Force the Apache's login to re-activate Is there something special I have to do within <Directory> or .htaccess to force login everytime I bring up the URL? Could it be done in PHP? Thanks Jeff in Seattle
corbin
With the basic authentication protocol, the username/password is actually sent on every request, but the browser handles it silently after it is sent once. If you want the ability to log people out, you will need to do it with PHP or something.
