rhodesa
Does anyone else have this problem? If you decide to edit the post, once saved it converts leading spaces to the HTML character code   example: if(){ do something } then, clicking edit again, shows everything fine, i have to copy/paste it, save and it looks fine update: Looks like it's only with [ php ][ /php ] tags Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/148761-editing-a-post-converts-leading-spaces-to-html-codes/ Share on other sites
ngreenwood6
I just noticed this a couple of minutes ago and when I edited one of my posts. It converted only some of the spaces to that. I use the (#) to enter code which uses the [ code ] [ /code ] tags so its not just with the php tags Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/148761-editing-a-post-converts-leading-spaces-to-html-codes/#findComment-781133 Share on other sites
Daniel0
It's a bug in SMF. It happens sometimes with the tags too. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/148761-editing-a-post-converts-leading-spaces-to-html-codes/#findComment-781145 Share on other sites
