PHP Checkbox to select records

hi all,

i really really need help on doing this :-

checkbox in every line of my records, and when user check on it, it will post the value to some page... i've try it with array, but no help... if possible, i dont wanna post with button, i need it to redirect to some page auto and add the value to the table in that page.. help helpppp
