Hi,

I am getting "Invalid method in request \x80L\x01\x03" in apache error logs.

apache version  : 2.2.6.

Open ssl version : OpenSSL 0.9.7d 17 Mar 2004 (+ security patches to 2006-09-29)

Could you please help to solve the issue?

Thanks

Srinivas

Hrmmmm......  Looks like a script or robot or something is doing something wrong.

The "Invalid method" means that the very first word of the HTTP headers is wrong.  Perhaps something is trying to act like it's SSL over port 80 (assuming port 80 isn't SSL enabled).

Does the error happen often?  Does it always happen from the same IP?
