[SOLVED] Junk characters on my webpage

Hi,

 

Have performed vanilla install of Apache + PHP however my demo login page display HTML junk everywhere.  Please see my uploaded photo on the web...

I'll say this firstly. The code is terrible.

 

Id start by replaing short tags <? with the proper <?php tags.
