It's about the Smart Mop (looks like a spin-off of the 'ShamWow'). After the guy spills a can of soda on the tile floor and mops it up with the smart mop, he wringes it all back into a glass and claims "And in these tough times, wringe it back into the glass, and it's ready to drink all over!"
