I Need A php6 Mentor/Tutor For A php6 Photo Slideshow Project Due Late Sun.

In other words I have been putting my head through a wall for about a week and a half.  I have searched in vain for tutorials or php6 examples of this type of slideshow to no avail.  I need a nudge in the right direction.  I have been given a working slideshow script, a script to display my 35 jpeg images as thumbnail images and an html script that refreshes the page.  I cannot find any working examples.  I have only posted a few times and wonder how one goes about attaching a script if necessary.  I thought about hiring some help @ dreamincode.net.  However, thought better of it due to my concerns about security.  I am a distance education student residing in a rural area.  Anyone have any suggestions.  My instructor is new at this as well.  End of my whining!

PHP v6 isn't very wide spread, so it's not surprising that you can't find anyone to help you. If you want to try to hire someone (which, in my mind would be cheating) please post in the freelance area. If you actually want help on the scripts, you can post the parts you're having problems with between

tags.

If you are a student that just got started with php in general I suggest you start by broadening your search from "php6" to php. Why would you need v6 specific? And what is your goal?

I appreciate your response.  I do have specific questions and next time I will post in the freelance area.  However, I have just found some help.  I am extremely new to this Web site/forum.  However, my conscious is clear, the help I am seeking has to do with syntax and my interpretation of the required file paths.

Appreciate the response.  Since I am totally unfamiliar with earlier versions, I thought it might confuse the issue.  Since my post, I have found some help.
