[SOLVED] Embed in web page on local computer - can't find file path

I am building a webpage to be used only on one local computer.

 

I want to embed video, and I am using the following code:

but it says it can't find the file.

 

I can open 03.wmv in windows media player, so I know it's there.

 

Am I specifying the file path wrongly?

You could try giving it an absolute path (http://localhost/files/file.wmv) or whatever. It may not be being called from where you expect it to be.
