Hello all,

I recently upgraded to Mysql 5.0.21 and was trying to look into using stored procedures for some of my queries.

Can anyone recommend some good reading material for me?

Also, do you know if it is possible to create stored procedures using phpmyadmin?  I have tried using some of the ones on mysqldev, but it does not work.

Thanks!

You can certainly create them with "MySQL Query Browser" (download from MySQL.com)
If you are still using mysql_ functions, STOP! Use mysqli_ or PDO. The longer you leave it the more you will have to rewrite.

Donations gratefully received
