Need help on COM class in PHP

Hi,

 

I'm new in PHP. I am trying to use this class (COM class ) in PHP to use one of the application i have installed in my pc. Here is the code:

 

$sara = new COM ("Application.ID");  here can anyone help me what is Application ID and how i can find this application id of an application that is installed in my pc?

 

Is there anyway to find this Application id then please let me know. i need it very urgent.
