Pull RSS feed(s) from a folder and display them as a list on a page.

We have recently purchased some podcasting software that simply drops all the podcasts and their rss feeds into a folder on our server. 

 

I am building a portal to display all these podcasts, like a directory.  I need a script that can scan the folder and return all the headers and descriptions and link to each RSS/xml file.

 

I'm a major noob so any simple explanation or can anyone point to a tutorial where I might be able to learn would be great if anyone can help thanks.
