dmccabe
I have done quite a bit of PHP in the past and mostly with forms and stuff. I have always used action="<?php echo $_SERVER['PHP_SELF']; ?>" with no issues. However I am just starting a new form for someone and when submit is clicked then I am getting a 404 error and the URL is displayed as: http://localhost/samweller/%3C?php%20echo%20$_SERVER['PHP_SELF'];%20?> Any ideas why? MadTechie
Its not parsing the php, reasons #1 you don't have PHP running on the server #2 your file isn't of a PHP type (ie index.php should work but index.html will probably fail) depending on the file types Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/158249-solved-need-a-little-bit-of-help/#findComment-834641 Share on other sites
