[SOLVED] newbie: what kind of applications of php do i need to know to get a job with it

hi, id like to focus on my learning just the applications in php websites that are used most often, like ecommerce shopping cart systems? i just was wondering if anyone knows the type of things id need to know to get a job as a php developer for websites. any help greatly appreciated. thanks. derek

Mysql and Sessions. Those two are the most important things. But you need an overall knowledge of PHP
