        above code is working fine in IE,but not working in mozila any suggestions

Use swfObject - it's a javascript insertion technique. You can get it from google code, and it's documented there. It's crossbrowser compatible, so it will work on all browsers.

What about your flash doesnt work ?

Does it not show? does not load? does not embed object properly? are the paths correct? how big is the swf file?
