GigaC Posted June 16, 2009 Share Posted June 16, 2009 Hello guys... maybe topics like this are already opened, but some of them that I read didn't help me.. So this is my problem... I've made a web site with PHP.. When I'm going to the my CPanel and I'm inserting something in the database everything is okay. But sometimes when I want to "echo" that text, some unknow characters are displayed, like this one � look the picture... the upper red underlined text is the same(from the same row of the MySql) with the text down, but up it's made short with substr command.
