can't redirect to paypal site

Hi,

I trying to use payment gateway set to paypal. but it is not working. i installed it through admin and unistall all others and set the setting as

 

PayPal

 

Enable PayPal Module

True

 

E-Mail Address

[email protected]

 

Transaction Currency

Selected Currency

 

Payment Zone

--none--

 

Set Order Status

default

 

Sort order of display.

0

 

but when i come to page "checkout_payment.php" it creates warning two messags:
