when i look at other companies that offer api documentation, they usually only display xml code. i have a wsdl file, a client example php file, and a server file. how would i create an api documentation that could be distributed for my site? i cant find any guidelines for this anywhere.

**also, on a sidenote, other languages can be used to connect to a soap web service right?
