Hi,

First of let me say that I am a noob at scripting of any kind but really want to learn php due to its almost limitless capabilities.

I am trying to create a password reminder script for a software I used that didn't come with it. I have the script written however due to the nature of the software I had to have the user enter their email address to have the password sent to. To avoid this, I was wondering how I could have them only enter their user id and have the script attach the @domain to create the email address to be sent to...

This is the line that pulls the user id from the form:

$username = $_POST['userid'];

I was wondering if something like this would work? Of course there will be entries for the Subject, Message and From fields as well.

mail("To: [email protected]");
