mangup
dear sirs i would appreciate for the help. I am in a big problem please help me. my problem is : I had windows xp sp2 installed in my pc. there were three local drives C:, D:, E: I installed fedora 7 in the same computer with a view to dual boot. I didn;t delete any partition prior to that installation. Now i am having the problem that i can not boot xp. there is no xp option while booting. while i try to set up XP again, the computer shows only the single drive. So is the other drives have been deleted? Can I recover that in case if they are deleted? There are some most important files that i dont want to delete. How can i get rid of it . Is this the case of MBR over write only or something else. Can the rescue mode be helpful in recovering the original xp. And if there will be any problem regarding the GRUB. if so how to overcome that. all the help are of great values. Please help me. warm regards mangal regmi Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/164223-dual-booting-problem-with-xp-and-fedora-7/ Share on other sites
