4deegees
I am a volunteer for a nonprofit organization and we had a forum for our members. Something happened - not a clue what - but now it is not functional. When you go to the URL where it is supposed to be, all you get is what looks like a list of directories. I was told that because we were using and older version of PHP that an older backup could not be restored to our new site (we also moved our domain location). Is this true or can we restore an older backup of our database into a newer version of the software? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a complete novice at this and know nothing about PHP.
