KittyKate
Alright, here is the setup:I have a page that lists a bunch of books. I want to be able to edit none, one, or many of the book titles at my choice (individual edit buttons on each book triggers a javascipt that generates a form with that book's information already entered). I want to be able to reset the information for an individual book, but submit everything at the same time. Is it possible? My original idea (to help illustrate the notition) doesn't work. I didn't really expect it to, but it was a thought:
<html><body><form name='an' id='ai' action="form_test.php" method="get"><input type='text' name='bn' id='bi'><br><form name='cn' id='ci'><input type='text' name='dn' id='di'><input type='reset' value='reset'></form><br><form name='en' id='ei'><input type='text' name='fn' id='fi'><input type='reset' value='reset'></form><br><input type='submit' value='submit'></form></body></html>
Any thoughts? Daniel0
I don't think you can do so, but you could just put all the contents in ONE form. Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/16459-multiple-forms-one-submit/#findComment-70699 Share on other sites
