xeelogix Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 Dear Users, im going to develop a ticketing system for my office that behave like this: - Query OR Email From Client -> Our Tick Sytem - Forwarding Query to related team - Resolving the issue - Update the query and reply So basically this is an idea which i need to be implement. Any idea about you all which help me and any reference website that give me support. Please give a suggestion? very thanks in advance.
