Ticketing System Development Help??

Dear Users,

im going to develop a ticketing system for my office that behave like this:

 

- Query OR Email From Client ->  Our Tick Sytem

- Forwarding Query to related team

- Resolving the issue

- Update the query and reply

 

So basically this is an idea which i need to be implement.

Any idea about you all which help me and any reference website that give me support.

Please give a suggestion?

I would recommend using google to look for packaged ticketing systems, most (if not all) of them will meet the requirements you state.
