Redirecting referrals from specific url

I'm wondering if it was possible at all to direct referrals from a specific domain to another url?

 

So for example someone clicking on a link to my site's index from thissite.com will forward to a specific page on my site instead of the index page?

 

I really doubt this is possible but thought I'd ask just in case it is! :)
