How do I get a file browser for uploading photos or files that looks better

I currently have a php page that I use to upload photos... it works fine, but...

 

How do I get a file browser for uploading photos or files that looks better, that looks like facebook's one for example... much more user friendly? Any ideas?

Use a user-friendly form and css,

 

that is actually everything that is needed,

you can always use javasciprt as a bonus. but this is not neccesairy

but do you know where I can get something that has a kinda explorer view of the users computer to select multiple files / pics?
