problems with captcha in my guestbook

hi, i decided to add captcha to my guestbook , but the image doesnt show up and i think my captcha code is wrong in addguestbook1.php. any help greatly appreciated. thanks. derek

use re-captcha http://recaptcha.net/ as a captcha code. They give you detailed information in how to use their API http://recaptcha.net/plugins/php/
