Execute the following command. ls -al ~/ Thats will show you all files and directories within your home directory (including all hidden). If your using firefox you should have a .mozilla directory, within that tree somewhere are your bookmarks. Mine are in... ~/.mozilla/firefox/5obg710tfl.default/bookmarks.html for instance.
