download mysql files

I have successfully uploaded image files to my mysql database. I want to place icons respresenting the files on my database on my page. I want to make it where someone can download the files from the database once they click the icons. If you can give me a hand, I would appreciate it alot.

Unless I've misunderstood, you asking how to serve up files from mysql.
