echo contents to a form not working

okay I have a form that is suppose to display contents retrieved from the database. However all the other forms work but this one. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

r u sure the following query is returning any records from the DB ?

 

SELECT * FROM `home` WHERE id = '1'

Ok still not sure what was wrong but now it is working, I will look into it and post the solution later.
