[SOLVED] Help with inserting hyperlink

Recommended Posts

<li><img src="<?php echo get_option('concept_leaderboard_1_img'); ?>" alt="" /><h2><?php echo htmlspecialchars(stripslashes(get_option('concept_leaderboard_1_title'))); ?></h2> <br /><?php echo htmlspecialchars(stripslashes(get_option('concept_leaderboard_1_txt'))); ?></li>

The above code is from a Wordpress theme I am trying to customize.  My question is - how do I make the leaderboard_1_title a hyperlink? I have tried multiple things to accomplish this and so far all I have managed to do is make the whole thing a link, including the img and the text. I only want the Title to be linked if possible. Any ideas? TIA
