Then you will not have access to the server. You will have to set the timezone in the code. phpMyadmin is a database admin utility, nothing to do with the server.

I have a mySQL database.. which is used on phpMyAdmin on my cPanel.

I have a newsletter. The user signs up to it.. and details get entered in the database. I want to display the time in there. I have got it to display the time, but not GMT london time.

This thread is more than a year old. Please don't revive it unless you have something important to add.
