i have seen this tut on the internet on making an expbar thats an image but thing is i forgot to bookmark it

baslicy it was a green bar with a mix of red the green would go up depending on the amount you already have so what i am asking is can someone help me do this

 

i have a number out of 100 say 50 php would then genrate and image that has 50% green over the red so then i earn more exp 60% it would be 60% green and 40% red how do i do this
