Eggzorcist
if I use dreamweaver to create my CSS and html files and upload it to my server. Would it be possible for someone to know I used dreamweaver instead of notepad or something like that? If so, how can I use dreamweaver and make it look like I used textedit or notepad... Thanks
jcombs_31
Dreamweaver should not add extra markup unless you are using templates. What is the difference anyway? notepad does make make you "l33t"

jcombs_31
Have you tried looking at the source code? HTML isn't very difficult and Dreamweaver has a code view option that is perfectly acceptable.
haku
I can recognize Dreamweaver code from a mile. A - the code it produces is garbage, and B - the styles are all named under a certain pattern. Not only that, if you use any Dreamweaver specific functions (collapsing code etc), and someone else opens it up in Dreamweaver, they will be able to see that you were using Dreamweaver. But the code view is fine.
