Executable Directory Scope (EXE).

Hi, I have an Executable file that I need to run, currently with my testing script it siply runs the executable and processes the data from a file path that I send to it whihc is currently static but I wish to be able to make dynamic so that I can accept user input to the EXE.

 

I do not have a problem with setting any of that up, my problem is that the input that the Exacutable will process allows some file and folder manipulation routines whihc I wish to make sure do not affect access and security to my site.

 

To make sure that my server is safe I wish to be able to limit the access that the EXE has to any other folders, is there any way that I could do this?
