Need a recommended PHP newsletter program

I'd like a ready made PHP newsletter generation program

 

I'd appreciate any recommendations

 

The program needs to:

 

- allow the creation of single web pages for the newsletters

- store past pages/newsletters

- send out newsletters incrementally over a period

- deal with bounce backs

- have statistical information

- *importantly* be able to plugin to any database - i plan to use on a wordpress database

 

ideally, i'd like a really good open source solution

 

but, failing that, i'm happy to pay for a good ready made solution

 

a few years ago, i searched and searched and there seemed to be NOTHING out there!!

i did stumble upon phpletter.com though

this seemed promising - but was lousy when i tried (we're talking 2.5 years ago)

is the latest version any good?

 

i did a search on google and there now seem to be loooads of programs out there!

 

are there any market leaders used by many people?
