liamloveslearning Posted December 10, 2009 Share Posted December 10, 2009 Hi everybody, Ive just purchased a dedicated server running linux to transfer my website across too, my website runs a commerce solution. Im just curious about transfering the database, (This is all new to me so if I seem naive please bear with me) would I be right in thinking if I export it as an .SQL file I can just execute it on the database on my new host or shall I export it differently? cags Posted December 10, 2009 Share Posted December 10, 2009 Well I'm not certain, but it's my understanding that Plesk is simply a control panel. The fact that it has Plesk wouldn't exclude it from having PHPMyAdmin, or are you saying that it definately doesn't have PHPMyAdmin? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
