Zeradin
Is there any notepad++/editplus type of code that can be used in content management systems? I use a system that allows you to edit code of pages, but it's just a plain text area. I wonder if anyone's made that kind of program for websites. Mchl
You mean something like text area with syntax highlighting? Never heard of something like that. Or perhaps you mean a WYSIWIG editor like TinyMCE? http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/ Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/187774-a-text-code-editor-for-cms/#findComment-991396 Share on other sites
Zeradin
Like the first thing you said. I actually mean something like this: http://www.cdolivet.com/index.php?page=editArea I'm not sure sure this can be used for submitting forms though. I like that you can tab etc as well. I found this after I made the thread, but I wonder if anyone has any experience using this to edit actual code. If so why hasn't wordpress etc made something like this? Of course it can. Have you not read the documentation for it?
