Actually, i just joined this "addiction"

As i saw till now, many of topics in helping category are on about basic levels. (I am not trying to hurt somebody) we need some categories over that level to consider Performance and Security related issues.

Albeit a good idea, it will better serve the structure if a mix of people ask in a common domain, as there are ranges of people who are learning and professionals, it's fairly safe to say it will get treated the same regardless if it were in a subsection or not. If you have a specific question about security, and it's about PHP, then it may as well be a PHP help question. It's pointless to catagorize everything.

i mean sub-categories in php. php helping completely very active forum thus some interesting topics can be missed out. categorizing shall help to solve this problem.

It's been tried in the past. We used to have a dedicated OO PHP board, for example. It was dropped for various reasons, including the fact that people regularly posted in the wrong place. In any case, unless there was demand for a board of this nature (and my demand, I mean a number of posts fitting into that category) it'd seem a touch pointless creating one.
