Smudly
I am just bored and decided to figure out how to create a counter / timer that will show an amount in cash. Ex: $3.23 This amount will raise so much every second, minute or hour depending on how I want to set it up. I figure it will be pretty simple to make. I want it to start at $0.00 and raise $0.01 every 3 seconds. This will keep going forever. An additional feature I would like for it to have is to show how long it has been going (Days, Hours, Minutes, Seconds) Can anyone help? Thanks Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/191461-any-tips-on-creating-a-money-timer/ Share on other sites

Virvo
base your calculation on epoch of the 'start time'. Then every time the epoch has increased by 3, adjust your price. Smudly
I'm just unsure where to start. Fairly new to php. Once I get an idea of how to set it up I can go from there.
