Resizing a window with window.open

I can't seem to get the scrollbar to appear on my new window. Also, my height and width is not being set. I am not getting any errors, but it seems to not be working. Anyone?

Sorry forgot to post the </a> in my first post. I had it in my code but didn't put it here for you to see. It's all here now. Still same problem.

Are you sure the content of "modify.php" is sufficient to need scroll bars?

Nothing wrong with the onclick. The width/height are OK and should work. As to the scroll bar, you will only see it if there is overflow.
