There exist no special "internet copyright law". Things are copyrighted as usual. Whether you make a blog post or publish a book doesn't make a difference.

Say you take Facebook's layout and just make it yellow instead. That would most likely count as copyright infringement.

 

Anyways, why are you asking for legal advice here (even without stating where you are located)? Go ask your lawyer if you want to make sure you don't end up in legal trouble.
