Maximize window on opening window

I dont know if PHP/HTML/Javascript can do this, but what I need is that when a page is opened in IE, the page will fully maximize.
Not the javascript resize thingy (the availheight and moveto), since I still see the borders with a resize, I need the page to maximize as if I hit the maximize button in the top right corner.
